Individual Therapy is geared specifically to you, your unique experiences and story. We hold a peaceful and safe space for women to share what you’re going through while feeling seen, heard and understood. 

We will help you explore hurtful experiences and thought patterns to promote healing and growth.

Young Adults

    

Life as a young adult can be challenging. It’s a time of learning who you are, where you belong and where you are going in life. Teenagers deal with stressors at home, school and in their social life. Neurologically, brain growth and hormonal changes can contribute to the distress experienced during these years. It is important that teens have a safe space with a trusted adult to explore feelings and experiences. We provide one on one and group counseling for teens.

Couples Therapy

  

As a certified Prepare & Enrich couples therapist, I work with relationships at all stages to develop communication, build intimacy and navigate through conflicts. Couples can expect to dive deeper into knowing  about their strength and growth areas, styles of communication, partner styles and habits and expectations and views on a variety of issues.  Through an objective and nonjudgmental perspective, I can help you understand what is and is not working and explore how to create the relationship you desire.

Group Therapy

Group therapy can have many benefits such as providing a support network and safe space to share experiences with like-minded individuals. Group members can help each other come up with ideas for improving a difficult situation or help you with staying accountable along your journey. 


Other benefits of group therapy include: 

  • Cost effective option compared to individual session
  • Many groups are offered online and in-person 
  • Helping you relate to yourself and others in a healthy way


We have a standing weekly group that meets virtually every Monday at 8PM EST.

Wellness Workshops

Our wellness workshops are interactive classes designed to engage, educate and motivate individuals to create the life they want!  We will cover topics such as;

  •  Incorporating self-care into daily life
  • Health and Medicine
  • Beauty, Body and Skin Care techniques  
  • Combating stress and overwhelm
